InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ALA National Conference 2024. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking when selecting accommodation in the ALA registration portal, but will not be charged immediately.  Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions. Free accommodation cancellation until COB 13 September 2024. If you wish to cancel your accommodation outside the cancellation period, InHouse Event Solutions will endeavour to sell the room to another ALA delegate. However, if InHouse Event Solutions is unable to reallocate it, you will be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate. 'No-shows' will also be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate. You will be required to settle your own account with the hotel, in terms of any incidental expenses (non-pre-paid breakfast, bar purchases, etc). Please ensure you have read the invidual terms and conditions of the hotel you select prior to confirming the booking. The Australian Lawyers Alliance reserves the right to alter any published program. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice. In most instances, comprehensive papers are provided by the speakers, however, the Australian Lawyers Alliance is unable to take responsibility for papers not provided.
