InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the Australian Lawyers Alliance - 2024 National Conference.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, the conference venue as well as other properties within close proximity.

The special rates listed will be open until 15 September, 2024 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions and not by ALA or InHouse Event Solutions. 

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Rates from $240 per night. Esplanade Hotel Fremantle is the Conference venue located right in the heart of Fremantle. Guests can savour the culture and tradition of Fremantle one of WA’s premier tourist destinations when staying with them. The hotel site has been established since 1850 and pays tribute to the rich history of the building, whilst incorporating references to Fremantle as an iconic port city. HOTEL FEATURES: Restaurant, bar, pool and fitness centre. BREAKFAST: $29 per person. WiFi is complimentary; Parking: $30 per day (third party parking site 50m from Hotel). CANCELLATION: Up to 31 days prior- no penalty 30-15 days prior to arrival - Each room cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's Room Rate per room cancelled. Less than 14 days prior to arrival - Each room cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to an estimate of the total accommodation revenue expected from that room booking. No Shows/non arrival at the Hotel are subject to entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: Guest's will be asked to pay the full amount of accommodation upon arrival at the hotel. The credit card used to guarantee this reservation will be charged in the case of deposits/ payments due, cancellation and/or non arrival at the Hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions. The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to provide a credit card upon arrival and to pay incidentals upon check out. Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates from $279 per night. New Haus is Hougoumont Hotel's ‘modern brother hotel’ directly across the road from the Hougoumont and a 5 minute walk to the conference venue. Very different in style, New Haus is for those looking for more room or a simpler style. All their rooms have been recently refurbished including brand new king size beds, carpets, curtains, lighting and 43 inch smart TVs. BREAKFAST: Tea and toast light continental breakfast included in rate from 7 am to 9.30 am (on Sunday from 7.30 am to 9.30 am) & Cheese and wine from 5 pm to 6 pm.
