InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the Australian Lawyers Alliance - 2024 National Conference.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, the conference venue as well as other properties within close proximity.

The special rates listed will be open until 15 September, 2024 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions and not by ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Esplanade Hotel Fremantle - conference venue

Rates from $240 per night. Esplanade Hotel Fremantle is the Conference venue located right in the heart of Fremantle. Guests can savour the culture and tradition of Fremantle one of WA’s premier tourist destinations when staying with them. The hotel site has been established since 1850 and pays tribute to the rich history of the building, whilst incorporating references to Fremantle as an iconic port city. No Shows/non arrival at the Hotel are subject to entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: The hotel will charge the provided credit card the full cost of accommodation 30 days prior to arrival (aproximately 16 September, 2024). NON REFUNDABLE RATES: NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Rates noted as as non-refundable will be charged in full within 7 days of booking. Once the room is confirmed, the reservation cannot be canceled amended, or modified. In case the Guest asks to cancel, amend, or modify the booking, unfortunately, they will not be able to do so and the paid amount will be not refunded in any circumstances. Very different in style, New Haus is for those looking for more room or a simpler style. All their rooms have been recently refurbished including brand new king size beds, carpets, curtains, lighting and 43 inch smart TVs. BREAKFAST: Tea and toast light continental breakfast included in rate from 7 am to 9.30 am (on Sunday from 7.30 am to 9.30 am) & Cheese and wine from 5 pm to 6 pm.
