InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed the official Accommodation Management Company for the ALA Victoria Conference 2026.

Accommodation has been secured at competitive rates at RACV Cape Schanck Resort, the conference venue and Peppers Moonah Links Resort, Mornington Peninsula. We suggest you book as soon as possible as rooms at these rates are limited.

Please note: RACV Cape Schanck Resort has sold out of all accommodation except a limited number of ocean view rooms available on Thursday 21 May. There are still a limited number of rooms available at Peppers Moonah Links Resort. If you wish to join a wait list for either property please email: conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com.  However, there are several properties in the area that can be booked through Airbnb and booking.com.

Please note: There will be a return bus for the conference dinner on Friday 22 May for guests staying at Peppers Moonah Links Resort.

Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. The credit card provided will be charged 100% of the accommodation 30 days prior to arrival (approximately 20 April 2026).

Cancellation terms: Any bookings or individual prior to 30 days of arrival (approximately 20 April) will incur no cancellation fees. Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 30 days of arrival (20 April 2026), and no shows, will receive a refund from the RACV Cape Schanck Resort. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, will be charged by ALA to the credit card on file (at ALA’s discretion) if the room is not resold. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions.


PEPPERS MOONAH LINKS RESORT

Peppers Moonah Links Resort is one of Australia’s premier golf and lifestyle destinations, located on the Mornington Peninsula. Surrounded by rolling coastal landscape, the resort offers stylish, contemporary accommodation with views across our championship golf courses. Home to the renowned Open and Legends Courses, Moonah Links has hosted some of the country’s most prestigious tournaments, including the Australian Open and the Victorian PGA Championship. Breakfast: $30 per person if pre-booked.

Parking: Complimentary parking available in front of accommodation building, one space per room. Any additional vehicles can park in the main carpark.

Check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 10:00 am.

Card guarantee for incidentals: $50 at check in.

Rates: Room rates from $275 per night.

  • Run of house - $305 per night including breakfast for 1
  • Run of house - $335 per night including breakfast for 2

Payment terms: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. The credit card provided will be charged one night’s stay 30 days prior to arrival (approximately 20 April 2026). The credit card provided will be charged the remaining balance 7 days prior to arrival (approximately 13 May 2026)

Cancellation terms: Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 7 days of arrival (approximately 13 May 2026) and no shows, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total to the credit card provided.  All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions.


General accommodation Terms & Conditions

  • The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately.
  • The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
  • Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions. 
  • The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. 
  • Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.
  • Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.  After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.
  • Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
  • Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom).  Please contact InHouse Events if you require additional guests/bedding.
  • All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
  • A surcharge applies to all card transactions.
  • Name changes are allowed.
  • Charges may apply to late checkouts.
