inHouse Event Solutions has been appointed the official Accommodation Management Company for the 2025 ALA Queensland Conference.

Accommodation has been secured at competitive rates at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, the conference venue.

We strongly suggest you book early as the special rates are only available until 12 January 2025 or until sold out.

Once you have registered for the Queensland Conference, you will be sent a link to book your accommodation within the ALA  rooming block. The information below is for your information and planning only. Please book your accommodation via the link provided in your registration confirmation email. 


Sheraton Grand Mirage REsort

71 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach QLD 4217

Situated on the sands of the pristine Main Beach and nestled amongst the tropical palms and lush gardens, guests are welcomed by the sounds of crashing waves and 6 hectares of sparkling lagoons. As you stand in the lobby and take in the surrounds, the first impression is the sweeping sights of the resorts heated pool and vast ocean views. With direct beach access and an ideal location across from Marina Mirage, step outside for unexpected seascapes and water activities.

HOTEL FEATURES & AMENITIES: Restaurant & bar,  heated outdoor pool, fitness centre and beach access. BREAKFAST: Full buffet breakfast for 1 person is included in the rate, additional breakfasts are $30 per person if booked at the time of reservation. WiFi is complimentary. 

PARKING: Self parking $20 per day or $50 per day for valet parking.

Mirage room - from $365 p/n including 1 breakfast

Boasting the Gold Coast’s largest room sizes from 43m2, enjoy Sheraton Signature King or Queen/Queen beds, lounge setting and a large marble bathroom with oversized bath. All rooms feature large and wide opening windows to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful resort. 

Bedding configuration: 1 king bed OR 2 queen beds

Deluxe room - from $465 p/n including 1 breakfast

Experience the luxury of a deluxe room, all of which feature either an enhanced view, larger room area, or terrace area for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

Imperial Hotel Gold Coast

General accommodation Terms & Conditions

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ALA Queensland Conference 2025. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking when selecting accommodation but will not be charged immediately.  Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions. Free accommodation cancellation until COB 12 January 2025. If you wish to cancel your accommodation outside the cancellation period, InHouse Event Solutions will endeavour to sell the room to another ALA delegate. However, if InHouse Event Solutions is unable to reallocate it, you will be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate. 'No-shows' will also be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate.
