Substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the conference and all requests must be made in writing.If there is a covid outbreak and the NSW Government announce that events of 100+ attendees are not allowed, the ALA will provide a full refund to registered attendees for registration and accommodation. If you are unable to attend due to border restrictions, you will be provided with a recording of the session. All payments for registration, accommodation, activities and any applicable membership fees must be made prior to the commencement of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your booking if payment is not received.
