InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed the official Accommodation Management Company for the ALA National Conference 2026.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at the conference venue, the Crystalbrook Riley and the Crystalbrook sister properties, the Bailey and Flynn both a short walk away.

The special rates listed will be available until 19 September 2026 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel and not by ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.

Terms and conditions: It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

CRYSTALBROOK RILEY

Crystalbrook Riley, was chosen as the venue for the ALA National Conference due to its premium five-star experience that blends contemporary tropical design with understated luxury. **CANCELLATION TERMS:** Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 30 days of arrival (approximately 19 September 2026) and no shows, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total to the credit card provided. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions.
**PAYMENT TERMS:** The credit card provided will be charged 100% of the accommodation 30 days prior to arrival (approximately 19 September 2026).

CRYSTALBROOK BAILEY

General Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The hotel's individual cancellation and payment terms will be available on the booking page, and a copy will be in the accommodation confirmation emails.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold any reservation and will not be charged immediately.
The credit card must expire after the date of the event.
Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel as per the terms and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions.
The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay.
Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon checkout.
Invoices provided by hotels must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. After this, the credit card provided can either be used or the rooms will need to be cancelled.
Rates are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Rates are applicable for up to two (2) guests (per bedroom). Please contact InHouse Events if you require additional guests/bedding.
All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
A surcharge applies to all card transactions taken prior to 1 October 2026. There will be no surcharge applied to transactions made after 1 October 2026.
Name changes are allowed.
Charges may apply to late checkouts.
