Accommodation has been secured at competitive rates at the conference venue, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley.
We strongly suggest you book early as the special rates are only available until 12 September, 2025 or until sold out.

These rooms have all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a furnished private balcony or outdoor terrace. Run of house rooms include king or twins rooms. Please note your preferred bedding configuration in the special request box.

Live it up across two bedrooms, and 122 square metres of generous Villa facilities. Both bedrooms have a sumptuous King Bed. Your family or friend group can gather in the lounge and dining area for quality time, or retreat to the balcony when you need some breathing room. Create family-style meals together in the kitchenette, or order in-room dining to enjoy in great company.
Payment
At approximately 30 days prior to your arrival (12 September, 2025), the hotel will charge the credit card on file a deposit equal to the 1 night's accommodation. All outstanding amounts of accommodation will be charged at approximately 14 days prior to arrival (30 September, 2025).
General accommodation Terms & Conditions
InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ALA National Conference 2025. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking when selecting accommodation but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment and will be charged by the Hotel and not ALA or InHouse Event Solutions. Free accommodation cancellation until COB 12 September, 2025. If you wish to cancel your accommodation outside the cancellation period, InHouse Event Solutions will endeavour to sell the room to another ALA delegate. However, if InHouse Event Solutions is unable to reallocate it, you will be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate. 'No-shows' will also be subject to 100% of the accommodation rate.
