Cancellations received before 17/05/24 will be refunded in full. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER  As all costs will be pre-paid to service providers, these cancellation conditions apply to all registration and social event payments. Changes are subject to availability. Substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the conference and all requests must be made in writing. If there is a covid outbreak and the Western Australia Government announce that events of 200+ attendees are not allowed, the ALA will provide a full refund to registered attendees for registration and accommodation. If you are unable to attend due to border restrictions, you will be provided with a recording of the session. 

All payments for registration and any applicable membership fees must be made prior to the commencement of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your booking if payment is not received. 

The Australian Lawyers Alliance reserves the right to alter any published program. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice. In most instances, comprehensive papers are provided by the speakers, however, the Australian Lawyers Alliance is unable to take responsibility for papers not provided.

The Australian Lawyers Alliance assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to persons or property other than to the minimum extent required by law. In view of statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to personal injury or property damage and loss, the purchase of accident, baggage & travel insurance is strongly recommended.
