Cancellations received before 12/07/24 will be refunded in full. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER  As all costs will be pre-paid to service providers, these cancellation conditions apply to all registration  and social event payments. Changes are subject to availability. Substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the conference and all requests must be made in writing.

All payments for registration and any applicable membership fees must be made prior to the commencement of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your booking if payment is not received.

The Australian Lawyers Alliance reserves the right to alter any published program. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice. In most instances, comprehensive papers are provided by the speakers, however, the Australian Lawyers Alliance is unable to take responsibility for papers not provided.

In view of statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to personal injury or property damage and loss, the purchase of accident, baggage & travel insurance is strongly recommended.
