Registration is open for the ALA’s Victoria Conference, the state’s longest-running CPD event for plaintiff lawyers.

Over two days, expert presenters will discuss and analyse current issues in personal injury law, providing you with information that will contribute to your professional development. Up to 9 CPD points can be claimed.  

The Conference will be divided into two concurrent streams, with sessions covering limitation of actionscommon law, damages, ethics, judicial review, spinal surgery. Plus the all important TAC, Workers Compensation and case review panels. 

There will be a number of networking and social events, including the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner, where you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of the modern facilities and picturesque surroundings of the RACV Cape Schanck Resort.
