Accommodation

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the ALA National Conference 2025.

On behalf of delegates attending the conference, special accommodation rates have been negotiated at the conference venue, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. The special rates are listed until sold out. Please book early to secure your room. Please note due to the location there are limited accommodation options in the area. 

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment for accommodation will be charged by the hotel as per the terms and not by ALA, or InHouse Event Solutions. If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event Solutions on the below details to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form. 

It is essential that you read the payment and cancellation terms thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Wake to strong espresso, taste craft beers by the paddle, and sink teeth into Aussie classics reimagined with local ingredients – seasonal is the standard across every restaurant. HOTEL FEATURES & AMENITIES: Restaurant, bar, water park, spa, gym, & day spa. BREAKFAST: Additional buffet breakfast is charged at $30 per person if booked at the time of accommodation booking, otherwise the normal breakfast rate of $42 per person per day. LUGGAGE: Please note that a charge of $5.00 per hotel room or $10.00 per villa will apply for delivery. INTERNET: Wi-Fi is complimentary. PARKING: Complimentary. CANCELLATION POLICY Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 30-15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 night's accommodation, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. Any bookings or individual night/s cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. For no shows, a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation total, charged by the hotel to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@inhouseeventsolutions.com and are only confirmed if written acknowledgment has been received from InHouse Event Solutions. PAYMENT POLICY Please provide a valid credit card to guarantee and hold your reservation. The credit card must expire after the date of the event. Reservations not guaranteed with a valid credit card are subject to cancellation. At approximately 30 days prior to your arrival (12 September, 2025), the hotel will charge the credit card on file a deposit equal to the 1 nights accommodation. All outstanding amounts of accommodation will be charged at approximately 14 days prior to arrival (30 September, 2025). The credit card may also be charged for any unsettled charges post stay. Guests will be asked to pay for any incidentals upon check out. Rates apply to single, twin and double occupancy per room, are expressed in Australian dollars per night and are inclusive of GST. Rates are applicable for up to 2 guests. All subsidiary charges (car parking, breakfast rates, etc.) are subject to change without notice. A surcharge applies to all card transactions. Name changes are allowed. Guaranteed check in time 3pm, check out is at 11am. Charges may apply to late check outs. Rates differ across the nights, this is noted in the room description.

    Live it up across two bedrooms, and 122 square metres of generous Villa facilities. Both bedrooms have a sumptuous King Bed. Your family or friend group can gather in the lounge and dining area for quality time, or retreat to the balcony when you need some breathing room. Create family-style meals together in the kitchenette, or order in-room dining to enjoy in great company. Rates are Tues/Wed/Thurs night $396 per night, Fri/Sat $476. Rooms are only serviced weekly.

Credit card guarantee

The credit card provided to guarantee this booking will be charged in the case of deposit payments, cancellation and/or no show at the hotel unless you advise in writing otherwise.
